The outer part of our homes (standard):
- 8cm x 8cm (64m2) 2+1 measures we make production
- Our product is a patio model. It is sent by single shipping.
- Heavy steel material is used in the skeleton.
- The walls are isolated with stone wool, OSB and moisture barrier.
- The clamp roof system is used.
- Stone wool, OSB, moisture barrier and mebran are used for roof insulation.
- The floor is covered with sheet.
- In the outermost part of the floor, 8 feet are used with a height of 15cm.
- Alumium foil+polyurethane filler with special coating material is used on the exterior facades.
- The total weight is around 8 tons.
INTERIOR OF OUR HOUSES (Standard):
- It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living space and toilet-Banyo.
- Wallpaper or paint is applied on the gypsum board on the inner walls.
- On the ground, mattress and parquet are used on OSB.
- Steel door is used at the outer door in accordance with TSE standards.
- The inner doors are lacquered MDF.
- In the windows, a double glass PVC material with heat insulated is used.
- The kitchen counter, kitchen cabinet and cloakroom are used as standard.
Option:
- The solar panel system can be installed on the optional roof.
- Optional security and camera system can be installed.
- Optional air conditioning infrastructure can be added.
