The spiral and groove system is suitable for pulling the meat at the appropriate temperature 3-4 times on top of each other, and does not deform the minimum. It is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless special ceramic casting.
The groove system can be easily cleaned by removing, so that maximum hygiene is provided. All of our minced meat machines have removable groove system (SOLI-TAK-TAK) models. It is a commonly used feature.
The cooling system is designed to removable, so it can be added later. R134 A is used in the cooling system. In minced meat machines without cooling system, the temperature of the meat increases by 2-4 degrees. The minced meat with a cooling system prevents meat from heating. Thus, the pH of the meat does not change and water loss during the grinding process.
Optionally, PKM-32 and PKM-42 models can be manufactured with nerve separation system. Thanks to the nerve separation nut, the nerve ratio in the meat can be adjusted.
